Cleansing -Use whole bottle in a tub full of warm water , psalms 37 to clear away and remove along with your own personal prayers/ wear light colors and use oil each day 

 Protection psalms 91/ soak pray and wear light or white color for whole day or to bed . 

For shower :

use whole bottle in a bucket of water, take a cup and as you pray wash down and pray away the negativity and evil this has a hold on you

 after shower or bath towel dry and wear light colored clothing / or all white. Light a cleansing candle/ or protective candles depending on what you bathe with and continue ritual weekly
